Skeleton of Hotel Añaza is an unfinished building, the construction of which was started by a German company in 1973, but two years later, before the building was completed, the construction broke down due to various legal and financial problems. The building was planned to be used as a so-called Time-Share hotel with 741 apartments owned by part-owners and with part-time right of use.
