Siam Park, situated in Costa Adeje on the island of Tenerife, is an acclaimed water park which first opened its doors to the public on 15 September 2008. Designed with a distinct Thai theme, the park was inaugurated by the Princess of Thailand, Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, reflecting its close cultural links to Southeast Asian architecture and heritage. Occupying over 18 hectares, Siam Park is renowned for blending traditional Thai elements with cutting-edge aquatic attractions, offering visitors a unique blend of relaxation and adrenaline. Among its notable features are the Tower of Power, an adrenaline-inducing slide that propels riders through a transparent tube surrounded by an aquarium brimming with sharks and rays, and the Mai Thai River, one of the world’s longest lazy rivers. Siam Park has set several records, including hosting the world’s largest man-made wave at the Wave Palace, which can reach heights of up to 3 metres. The park consistently receives numerous industry accolades, having been named the world’s best water park multiple times by TripAdvisor since 2014. Siam Park also demonstrates a commitment to sustainable practices, employing a water recycling system and using solar energy to heat its entire water supply. Annually welcoming millions of visitors from around the globe, the park stands as a premier destination in the Canary Islands, merging world-class entertainment with rich thematic storytelling.
