Casa de los Capitanes Generales

The Casa de los Capitanes Generales has a sumptuous inner patio, and is home to regular exhibitions and the tourist office, where you can find out what’s going on. This house was built between 1624 and 1631 by the Captain General of Tenerife Don Diego de Alvarado Bracamonte. Its windows are framed in red stonework and distributed asymmetrically, while its façade presents an upper body with a balcony supported on corbels and a lower one with a door framed between pilasters.
