Birthplace of barraquito. By the legend the barraquito originated from Santa Cruz in the 1950s, when one Don Sebastian, nicknamed ’El Barraco’ (the shed), had a special coffee mixed for him every morning prior to heading to the work. Therefore the bartender started to call it barraquito by his nickname. This is the very same café, that still exists today. Worth going here to try the original barraquito.
